Biden Continues Trend of Not Campaigning in Person

Democrat presidential nominee Joe Biden's campaign announced Monday morning he would not be campaigning in person, the 17th day that will be the case this month alone. Biden, 77, stayed in his home for months starting in March after the COVID-19 situation was declared a pandemic, and has been slow to ramp up his schedule since becoming the presumptive, then confirmed, Democrat nominee.
