Richmond skipper Trent Cotchin is a certain starter in Fridays clash with North Melbourne, having overcome a lingering hamstring injury.

Cotchin has been sidelined for the past two months but coach Damien Hardwick says he has ticked all the necessary boxes at training.

The Tigers are also set to welcome back ruckman Ivan Soldo from suspension, while Hardwick suggested there would be others rewarded for their VFL form.

Premiership duo Jack Graham and Dan Butler are both strong contenders after solid performances in the reserves.
