TRAINER John Moore and jockey Zac Purton have been one of the most successful partnerships in Hong Kong this season.

The duo have combined 38 times, with an impressive record of 15 wins and eight places, and look certain to improve that tally at Sha Tin on Sunday.

Beauty Generation looks an obvious winner for the partnership in the Champions Mile, and later in the morning they have bright prospects of following up with UNCLE STEVE in the 10.15am over seven furlongs.

This ex-UK galloper, known as Court Of Justice when trained by David Simcock, has taken some time to acclimatise to conditions in Hong Kong, but now looks ready to strike.

In what looks a highly-competitive handicap, Uncle Steve showed he was bubbling to the boil a couple of outings ago when a close-up fourth to probable favourite for this contest Super Star over course and distance in March.

He subsequently struggled for luck in running when dashing fast and late here at Sha Tin three weeks ago after bombing the start and then getting too far back in the middle stages of the race.
