Ian Wright has named the club who cannot afford to miss out on a top-four finish in the Premier League this season.

With six weeks left of the 2018-19 campaign, four teams – Arsenal, Manchester United, Tottenham and Chelsea – are battling it out for the last two Champions League places.

Arsenal climbed to third in the table on Monday evening as they clinched a 2-0 victory over Newcastle United.

The Gunners north London rivals Tottenham remain in fourth but are stuttering at a crucial part of the season, losing four of their last five games.

Revitalised Manchester United are just one point below Spurs in fifth while Chelsea remain in the mix on 60 points.

All four teams will be desperate to finish in the top four but Arsenal hero Wright believes Tottenham will be affected the most if they miss out.

Spurs, Wright said when asked the question. With the new stadium and having not made the signings, being in the top four is a must.

They cant go into that new stadium without Champions League football.

If they dont have money for signings and no Champions League football can they attract players of the right sort?

Arsenal took a huge step in securing a top-four finish as they beat Newcastle at the Emirates on Monday thanks to goals from Aaron Ramsey and Alexandre Lacazette.

Speaking after the win, Lacazette said: It was a big game tonight, a tough game. The coach said we had to be patient and efficient in the box and we did that.

Its always like this against Newcastle. We are happy. I can feel the difference in the atmosphere from last season, now we can maybe go to the Champions League.
