Katie Taylor, Kell Brook and Conor Benn will all fight on the undercard of Dillian Whytes heavyweight clash with Joseph Parker next month.
Whyte and Parker headline a fight night at the O2, with the winner hoping to claim a world title challenge against either Deontay Wilder or Anthony Joshua.
Taylor will take on American Kimberly Connor in her first defence of her IBF and WBA titles.
Connor is the Irishwomans IBF mandatory, and Taylor will be aiming to add to her knockout record and maintain her unbeaten streak.
Taylor will be joined by Brook who he is back in action after making a winning debut at super welterweight against Sergey Rabchenko in March.
American Brandon Cook fights Brook in what will be a world title eliminator and a chance for the Brit to establish himself as a top contender in the division.
Conor Benn has also been added to the undercard, as he takes on Frenchman Cedric Peynaud in a rematch that will peak the interest of many boxing fans.
Peynaud and Benn went to war in a fight of the year contender late last December and the British welterweight will be keen to silence any doubts about his pedigree by dealing with his rival easily the second time round.
Joshua Buatsi is making a step up in his development by taking on Ricky Summers in his first ten-round encounter in the ring.
